Getting started
Open HiStitch to write or draw on the canvas, choose a frame and add your own photos or designs. Available tools are shown in the app.
Keep your artwork safe
Editable works are stored on your device. Save important exports to Photos or Files before deleting the app, clearing data or changing devices. HiStitch support cannot recover local work. The saved-work collection currently keeps up to 100 entries. Saving beyond this limit can remove older saved entries, so export important works separately.
Trouble saving to Photos?
Check HiStitch’s Photos permission in system Settings and make sure your device has free storage. Try again with a small export. If it still fails, tell us the export format, app version and what you see on screen.
No mail app configured?
Select and copy the email address above, then paste it into Gmail or another mail service. The in-app Feedback button may include device/app details in an editable email draft; nothing is sent until you choose to send.
Import photos or files
Use the photo or SVG entry to select content from your device. Only choose material you have the right to use. Camera access is needed only if you choose to take a photo.

For privacy questions or a request about information you sent to support, email us at the address above. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary, proportionate verification step has been explained.
